Completed jobs accrue to your payout balance, less commission. Track it all in your dashboard.
What we require
We are picky on purpose. The whole promise to the passenger is that whoever turns up is properly licensed and insured — if we are loose about that, the promise is worthless and so is the work we send you.
Current licensing
A valid private-hire, PSV or equivalent operator licence for your city, with its number and expiry date. We re-check the expiry at dispatch — an expired licence stops your offers automatically.
Commercial insurance
Cover appropriate for paid passenger carriage, in date. Same automatic check as the licence.
Vehicles that match the class
If you accept a First Class job, an S-Class or equivalent turns up. Only register for classes you can genuinely supply.
Operator questions
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. There is no joining fee, no monthly charge and no cost per lead. We take 20% of jobs you accept and complete — if we send you no work, we earn nothing.
How do I know what I'll be paid?
The offer email states your payout in your local currency before you accept. That figure is fixed at the moment you accept and does not change afterwards.
What if I decline a job?
Nothing happens to your account for declining — it goes to the next operator. We do track acceptance rate and use it to decide who gets offered work first, so operators who consistently take jobs see more of them.
Can two of us end up assigned the same job?
No. A job is offered to several operators at once but the acceptance is settled one at a time — the first to accept gets it and everyone else is told immediately.
